I can't say how much this book has influenced me, and helped me to grow. Stephen King never made it to my nightstand growing up, simply b/c I'm not interested in the Horror genre. Now that I'm deep in the writing process, however, I figured of all people out there who could offer tips and philosophy--Steve might be the most credible example of a successful, passionate writer, and it wouldn't be a bad thing to see what he had to say. He has a lot to say, all of it good. Do not hesitate to pick this book up -- it is amazing!
