I have heard a lot of hype about this story, especially since the movie is coming out soon, and I will admit I did enjoy it. The writing is not my absolute favorite (Kate DiCamillo has that honor for Children's authors), but I do like the introduction into graphic novels for children. I can also appreciate the author's skill and talent. I am looking forward to seeing the movie :)
Such a guilty pleasure. It's not the most intellectually stimulating books, but it's a fun, light read. I recommend it to my fellow divas!
