Reading assignment for the Analytical Problem Solving class for my current grad program.
This is a great book that talks about "Paternal Libertarianism". The idea is that the public sector can frame choices and decisions in a way that will improve social welfare. This is all done by "Nudging" people to save more, eat healthier, pollute less, etc, without restricting their options to ignore the Nudge. Very interesting.
