It was great to read this history at the same time we are all reading so much about Libya in current news.
I like the character, Lily Bard and how you can see she is overcoming her life changing ordeal as the series goes on. When I saw Charlaine Harris speak she said she was closest to this character. I hope she did not experience what Lily has. Each book in the series can almost stand alone, they each have their own little mysteries.
