I'm not a big fan of crime writing, but I really enjoyed this book. Highly recommended to anyone who likes Truman Capote and still hasn't read this yet.
I could read this book over and over again. I love the characters, the setting of older-Russia, and Toltstoy's style of writing. His notions of love, romance, politics and faith intrigue me. If you like Dostoevsky, you will like this too!
