Juega a representar a la Estulticia (mejor traducción que "locura") como una antigua diosa griega, demostrando que tiene una mayor y más directa influencia en la humanidad que el resto de las deidades, aprovechando para criticar a su sociedad, cuya estructura aún permea actualmente, por lo que sus palabras no dejan aún de tener vigencia.
A fine novel, I've only read Berry's poetry before now. Listening to it may have improved it for me since the reader did a good job and the Kentucky speech and small-town life remind me so much of my hometown in East Tennessee. Lovely writing, real-life characters.
I don't quite remember the beginning but the rest of the book was like a roller-coaster, couldn't put it down except to sleep... after which I picked it right up again to see what happens next. I enjoyed the hidden twist at the end and I think it sent shivers down my spine... XD YAY FOR DEKKER
