Wow - I loved this book. It was totally engrossing - sad and sweet at the same time. Every time I picked up the book I felt I was transported back to Centralia and Madeleine's world - and that's not easy to do with a chattering two-year old running around. I found myself racing to finish it to find out what happened, but now I'm very sad that it's over.
an ex introduced me to this author. i tried again and again but never really got into most of her writing.
