Back when I was a delusional young idealist and had /ideas/ about environmentalism, this book rocked my face. I couldn't tell you what I'd think of it if I read it again now, but something tells me it would be scathing.
I saw her in Falls Church on 3/1/09. Unfortunately, the book presentation is opposite of my philosophy of the positive. Had it been written in the voice of someone like Louise Hay, I would have been able to read the book rather than ending in in the first chapter or so.
There are many flaws from cardboard cut-out friends, unbelievable scenarios and a lack of growth from the main character. But I'm a sucker for a good love triangle, and I live in hope that I will be surprised at how it all ends, so I'm sticking with this series. Supporting Team Astley at the moment.
