I would give this book a 3.75 stars. It was a quick read and an interesting story. Seems like I have read so many WWII era books this last year. I am having a hard time reviewing it because there was neither anything extraordinary nor wrong with the book. I did keep thinking "now if the tables were turned and this was a 36 year old man with a 15 yr old girl it would be a whole diffierent ball game". Sad but true. I would recommned it, but it won't be a Book Club pick from me. Sorry that doesn't help much. I am looking forward to seeing the movie.
