Not as good as some of the others...the prison escape was a little far fetched.
I absolutely LOVE this book! Pasricha hits the spot with every day little things you don't really stop and think about. He comments on each one in a humorous way that had me laughing as I flipped the pages! If you want something to make you happier, this is the book!
Mentally the thickest book I have ever attempted
I tore through this book - I loved it. The story weaves elements of a lost city, a lost explorer, and the author's own growing obsession with the Amazon. I think it totters on the edge of Gonzo journalism - the book opens with the author lost in the jungle. Couple that with an ending that was - surprisingly - satisfying, I'd recommend this one quickly to almost anyone.
