What a wonderful and complex novel. Each character was compelling, Nell, Eliza, Rose, Adeline, Linus..... Focus was upon a woman's search for her true identity. She was found on a boat dock abandoned and then raised by adoptive parents. The search for her true identify spanned several decades and was quite the mystery. At times it was challenging to keep the character and time in check since chapters switched between both quite often. Well worth the time spent reading this 500+ page book.
