Excellent book--I would rate it a 4.5 if we could do half stars. the only thing I didn't like about it was that the story is told in reverse chronological order, which didn't make sense to me--started with FLW's LAST wife and goes back and time. The narrator of the story was also somewhat confusing, as the person who is supposed to be the narrator was not present for all of the events of the books--didn't even know FLW for most of it. Other than those few small things, it was an excellent read. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed "Loving Frank" by Nancy Horan. As part of our book discussion on that selection, we looked through some biographies of FLW and saw the other women he was involved with after Mahmah Borthwith Cheney--this novel gives more information about those women. Now I'm planning a road trip this summer--I'd love to visit Taliesin, but WI is a bit too far to drive, but Fallingwater is certainly do-able!
More romance than paranormal, but a fun and quick read.
