The first third of the book is an introduction to the characters and the events that will bring them together. The second third is the protagnist's travel in learning about himself and the Jewish/Palenstinian conflcit and the last third is a trial. The trial writing is dead on accurate. After taking to trial several criminal trials, I can tell you that his book has the courtroom scenes as accuarte as any I have read. The scenes in Israel are enlightening and will leave you questioning what you know about the middle east.
