Entertaining, though not much else to it. Characterization is juvenile at best, but that's not inaccurate. This book is clearly meant for a younger post-Twilight audience desiring more violence and intensity. And they got it.
some of my favorite books come from the young adult section, this is a perfect example. Easy read, but beautiful story.
I have mixed feelings on this book. I liked it and didn't want to stop listening to it. The readers for the book were great. I loved having the different voices to help know who was speaking. But I didn't like it; it was all so weird and did have some disturbing themes in it. But it did keep me intrigued and surprised me with the ending.
All right, so the ending was a complete deus ex machina... But I really don't care. I'm a hopeless romantic, and the happy ending was lovely.
