I really enjoyed the format of this book. There was the present day tale, then there were the descriptions of the artifacts in the library, and then there were the tales surrounding those artifacts all interwoven. Good book for those who love travel and lore.
I really liked it. I thought she wrote beautifully and well. After finishing it I went to get her first book and ended up not reading it now because it had too much dialogue. The Forgotten Garden really kept me interested with each chapter written from a different character's view and time.
