The love story had me completely obsessed, as I can imagine it did to most females whom have been waiting for Edward Cullen all of their lives. I couldn't out this one down and can't wait to read the rest of the series. I suggest reading the partial draft of Midnight Sun on Stephanie Meyer's website. It is Twilight told from Edward's point-of-view and I thought it answered a ton of questions that I had after finishing Twilight. It also helps fill in the gaps in the movie.
I actually reread sections of this book quite often. I originally read this book for a Philosophy of Law class. It's one of the most recommended books I tell people about. This is one that gives you real life scenarios, from simple cases (A guy who's been in and out of prison is broke because he can't get a job. Writes one bad check for $100. How would you sentence him? You'd be shocked at how he was sentenced...) to absolutely horrible cases (A man let's his elderly mother literally rot away in her bed until she's so ridden with bed sores she is in unbearable pain and dies. What would you convict this man of and what should be his punishment? Again, shocking answers). This book made me more aware and more intrigued by our legal system than any book I had read to this point. A definite read.
