This book offers an opportunity to enter a world that is foreign to most people, the world of the Amish. Although this book is not as gut wrenching or suspense driven as Nineteen Minutes or My Sister's Keeper Jodi Picoult manages to create a plot line that is absorbing and touching. Like all Picoult novels, Plain Truth is a good quick read that is worthy of reading!
