i like the topic, WW2, and also i thought that it had a very interesting twist. as i read, i started to realize more and more that the 2 main characters that were on oppisite sides, were get closer and closer to facing each other face to face i liked reading it even though it did have a sad ending i think building up on someone's life story makes it all the more tragic when they go instead of just hearing that some random guy died
