I am not fond of instant love even in books about shifters and their mates. I like instant lust but then who doesn't? This book was about Lou and Raymond. I had a feeling it was written with a formula mapped out on what a shifter book needs. Meet, lust, instant love, crazy family, hunters, and other assorted paranormal members added to keep it interesting. The added bonus that Raymond is allergic to Lou. It is not a great book but it is interesting.
