I found most of this book totally boring because it described how to set up a government centuries ago. Completely not something I have an interest in at all. I was required to read it twice in school: once as summer reading before senior year of high school and once for my world lit class in college.
Concise, elegant, poetic... Not a word wasted. So far, my bet to win the Booker 2011.
