It was a really good book and it was surprisingly funny (judging by the cover). You have to actually read the book to see how funny it is. One of the best series I have read so far and I can say this even though this is only the second book.

Melonhead is this impetuous and zany kid with all sorts of crazy ideas and experiences. This book is well written and so funny! I was laughing my head off. I thought it was the boy version of Clementine by Sara Pennypacker. I LOVED IT!! It probably won't win the Newbery, but it was a fantastic book that I think boys will love.
