Aynı zamanda, güvensizliği tamamen askıya aldığım ve yüz değerinde bir masal kabul ettiğim nadir bir örnek, tüm Robbins'in hippi daldırma metaforları ve sinir bozucu cihazları bir şekilde bu tek kitabı * daha * çekici hale getiriyor. I am still in a state of confusion. My first graphic novel - it didn't make me love the genre, but it didn't turn me off either. Too much going on for me to follow - new owl, old owl, who is the hero? The illustrations(?) were great and added to the story. I hope the movie helps me piece it all together.
This is a classic - it chronicles the migration of midwestern/Oklahoman farmers to California after the Dust Bowl during the Great Depression through the personal stories of the Joad family. This book was very controversial when first published. It is so much - a history of the Depression, the plight of migrant workers, the union movement, the story of a family, and the ultimate humanity that can be found in the midst of despair. I loved it, and it resonated with me long after I read the final page.
Debieron formar parte de El retorno del Rey, pero se publicaron de manera separada en España. Completa la información que se apunta a lo largo de las tres novelas. Interesante, pero sólo si se ve en conjunto.

Typical Trigiani...nice, light read. Not as good as Lucia, Lucia though--not by a long shot.
I can see why this is a feminist classic. While some of Isadora's revelations seem commonplace today, in the 70s it was a different story for women. I loved the raw honesty and the humor. I would definitely recommend this to every feminist I know.
