I'm beginning to worry. Not a bad worry -- actually, I'm not sure if it's good or bad. It was just that, the book had got way more complicated for my tiny brain. There are more new characters and -- actual deaths. Alright, so Percy's stepfather was turned into a statue -- that wasn't exactly dead. I think. Can't be sure on the living status of statues since I've never been one. Anyway, here I am reading to a point it could be hazardous for my life and found that, the story was getting very interesting, but, yes, here comes to but... I'm actually worried, there are only two books left, just exactly how is Riordan going to finish this? I mean, if it was Harry Potter I'd assume it would be a 900 pages worth of tale, but, I checked and the page number happened to be decent. Honestly, I'm worried. I loved this book, the witty lines, Percy being Percy -- I can actually relate to him -- FINALLY! As usual, really, Riordan delivered a good installment. It was witty, fun to read and impossible to put down -- I should know, I screamed at the last person who tried to distract me. It was easy enough to follow, plenty of jokes, but, it was not just that. From the very first page, I'd guessed that the story had finally gotten to that dark place -- alright, it was the title of the chapter 'My Rescue Operation Goes Very Wrong'. I know it would, still, confirmation was good. Then again, maybe it was just that title. I gotta say, even after three books, Percy Jackson still fell like a pretty darn good story to read. Riordan had tackled the 'growing up' part nicely. Percy was sensible, a little -- very -- hot-headed and have his heart in the right place. Thalia, was, slightly annoying, but, all in all, I find myself intrigued by how Percy decided that he would choose his own fate.
