Not a book I would pick for myself, but glad we're reading it for book club. My heart aches for any child put in this terrible situation: child prostitution. Having a daughter who is almost six, some parts were so sickeningly sad and hard to read. But the wonderful message of this book is that God is the way out - the way to love, the way to forgive yourself and others. Not my favorite, but I'd recommend it.
