Eh.. I'm not quite sure how I rate this. I'd say maybe 3 and a half. I thought it was an interesting story but the author kinda built up to this amazing ending and kind of left all these loose ends. That's how I felt anyways. I definetly fell in love with some of the characters though. I loved Emily & Mr. Holt & Mary. I thought Mrs. Stewart was a little annoying and Michael was a bit of an ass. And another thing I didn't like was the title and the synopsis were a bit misleading. It sort of makes you believe it's a bit fo a ghost story when it really isn't. It's more like a creepy history lesson in my mind. Overall, I recommend this story to anyone over the age of 25 maybe.
