I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. Really fascinating, though I don't know that I gained a lot more from reading the whole book than I did from reading the Times article.
A bit overlong and didn't get moving until mid-way through. Ultimately very rewarding with good twists at the end. The narrator warns at the very beginning that she lies. Poor thing is a crazy psych pt!
