It was an ok book Published by Berkley Books in 1999. It isnt typically ny genre of books I read but I branch out once in awhile. A female NSA Agent is asked to investigate a missile attack on the USS Mahan. In my opinion, she isnt used enough in the book and it is a typical "what US agency is causing trouble for its own reasons", to start a war.
