Power Point sunumlarını sunmak için çok temiz ve hassas fikirler. Kolay okuma ve çok yararlı.
The 2nd book in this trilogy is as equally exciting and brilliant as the first. This time Westerveld brings his unique brand of beasties and clankers to the streets of Constantinople. The cosmopolitan city is a wonderful setting for Westerveld's story telling, crawling with German Agents, revolutionaries, and all sorts of ethnicities that comprised the Ottoman Empire crammed together in a tense environment of an unsure allegiance. The book opens and ends with fantastic battle scenes - described vividly and accompanied with illustrations. Deryn/Dylan Sharpe has got to be one of my favourite female protagonists of all time - resourceful, spunky and adventurous.
This took me forever to read for some reason: I think because it seemed like a book that was going to be plot-driven, but really wasn't until 350 pages in. The language used sometimes made me laugh out loud though. Interesting to read such a wacky critique of war so early in the twentieth century (aka after oh-so-noble WW2).
