The book I am going to be telling you about is Mockingjay; this is the 3rd book of the hunger game series. I absolutely loved this book. I can relate to all the actors and everything was explained very well, there were no parts were I was confused at. It was full of action and suspense. You thought you have this book figured out then it turns directions on you and you’re clueless once again. Have you read the first and second book? Well in this books Katniss’ sister Prim gets called to go in the hunger games, Katniss steps up for her younger sister, she would never watch her sister die on TV. Katniss fought tooth and nail to stay alive. While in the ring she fell in love with Peeta. Peeta and Katniss both won and being the first couple to ever win. President Snow was not happy about this and was after the couple. In the final book, Mockingjay the couple is sent back to the ring. They have to fight to stay alive once again. Hers and Peeta mentor didn’t tell Katniss anything about what they were going to do. They planned on breaking into the ring and having everyone on Katniss team escape, so the hunger games over forever. They hid away in District 13 which was supposed to be a vacant, district 13 was also underground. President Snow was furious and did everything to get back at Katniss; he also had Peeta as his prisoner. They did everything to get Peeta back and finally did but Peeta was so messed up. They turned him into a monster that hated Katniss and thought this whole war was her fault; he tried to kill her many times. At the end Katniss ended up killing President Snow and they never had a hunger game again. Can you relate to these characters? I could relate to them, there are some books that you could not relate to the character at all but I could in this book. I absolutely love this book, this whole series were very good. These books wasn’t confusing at all unless you skip the first two and started at the third on then of course it would be confusing. I will have to say these series were my top favorite that I have read, over twilight series. I suggest this book to everyone! I think anyone can get into this book and not put them down. All of my friends have read them and they love the book too and it has a crazy twist at them end which people are surprised by and most hate it but I loved the ending. You will just have to read and find out what the twist was. So start reading because I know you will love it!
