This book is poetic fiction. Little twists of history. All the exploration of the spirit and faces of humanity -- the coping, loss, grief, wasn't too heavy, even for me. Besides all that, it's beautifully introspective and well articulated.
This book was AWESOME!!! If you are a parent of a teenager or preteen, this book is good to help open the discussion of peer pressure towards sex and teenage relationships. It is also a good book for a girls club.
