An admirable portrayal of a woman who chose to make a difference. She reached out to lonely young boys who were refugees often from war-torn countries and started three age group soccer teams fighting numerous battles along the way -- especially being allowed to play on city fields. The story was covered in the NY times. Sometimes the narrative is not as continuous as one might hope since the backbone of the book is a collection of newspaper stories. But it is still an inspiring story of hope.
