Another one in the small-cook-books series. The Vegetarian book is quite good. I dislike vegetarian books that make you focus on the nutritional calue too much, addings nuts or extra oil or things because apparently the authors are afraid that you poor vegetarian don't get enough calories if they don't help you artificially. You know, because it cannot really be healthy to live without meat. //end of sarcasm This book has some of those recipes, but mostly it's just a nice book with all sorts of recipes without meat. Many of them you'll be able to find in other books (soups, salads etc), but others are quite nice and unique.
