Can't believe it's taken me so long to get to I, ROBOT. Goodreads reviews got me moving along (thank you, friends!), and so far, I'm really enjoying Asimov's clever and very human storytelling. Update: So glad I finally got around to reading this classic. I can only imagine that in its day, this book was a revelation on the topic of robots and "brains." PCs, iPhones and Space Shuttles were only in our dreams in those days. That said, the collection of stories still hold their juice even today. I especially enjoyed the device used to connect the stories--very clever and interesting in its own right. 4 stars because some of the stories were spectacular (particularly the opening tale--made me cry...I know, I'm a mush), but a couple were not as strong for my taste. Great classic SF!
