Not my favorite Nick Hornby book. Full of the typical quirky characters, mostly clever and pretty insightful given that he's writing as a woman. But overall hard to stay interested in the struggle of marriage/mid-life crises. I would probably have appreciated it more if I read this in 15 to 20 years.
