Love P. Gregory, and the Elizabethan Era, so I have no complaints about any of her books. I would start with this book if you like period pieces/Elizabethan/Tudor era books.
I cut and paste the title comic stripes on to Jack London's "To Build a Fire" for my students. I think its cute to show compare Calvin's ideas about the Yukon to the man in "To Build a Fire."
