The Line is really and truly a great book. It started out really slowly for me, not badly just slowly, and after reading several reviews I wasn't even sure if I would finish it. But, I kept at it and I am so thankful that I manned up and made it to the end. For those of you who are like me and have started it, but just aren't sure, keep going. I think that you will be as satisfied as I was, not all of you, but most of you. I think the reason this dystopian-ish book hasn't gotten the great reviews that it deserves is because it is so opposite of Hunger Games and Divergent and Enclave and others of its genre. It is slower paced, and there isn't a lot of action, but it is thought provoking and the story builds and builds and leaves you with a fantastic ending looking forward to the next book, Away. (Its coming in September!!!) I hope that this review helps and you choose to read The Line, and come away with a smile on your face just like I have.
