İyi yazılmış ve tüm kitap boyunca ilgimi çekti. Özellikle farklı karakterler geçmişleri ile ilgili flashback ve detayları sevdim. Bundan biraz daha fazlasını kullanabilirdi. Yazar, partilerden ay ışığına kadar her şey hakkında çok açıklayıcı detaylar verdi. Bunların çoğundan keyif aldım, ama bazen bundan sıkıldım ve hikayeye devam etmesini diledim. Keşke Daisy'nin kazadan sonra ve sonunda ne düşündüğüne dair bir fikir edinmiş olsaydım. Biraz açık, ama yine de sonunda neden Jay'e geri döndüğüne dair mantığını duymak isterdim.
It is hard to write a review that doesn't sound like so many of the others. This is an incredibly sad story and especially relevant to me because I have two small children and could only imagine what it would be like to experience a birth and then have to give the baby up. A very powerful story which shows that the only thing that really matters, is to love and be loved. My only regret is to not get an opportunity to meet Carolyn and Sean in person as what they did was remarkable. I would highly recommend this book.

A classic with which I was overjoyed! Dandelion dolls himself up for a party and is turned away at the door when giraffe does not recognize his "new and improved" self. Clear message about staying true to oneself rather than trying too hard. I was pretty bummed when Amrita got a negative reaction from preschool class about the book being boring...my girls enjoyed it but maybe it's more of a one-on-one than group experience?
