It would have been so much better if they'd simply titled the book "Borkmann's Rule", "Borkmann's Guide"; or even "Borkmann's Ten Steps to Solving Crime". As the title is now, I kept expecting there to be a geographic importance, or clue to lead to the solution to the mystery. I completely missed the paragraph that explained the title the first time I read the chapter so had to go back and find it.
