I always laugh when I look at the cover of this lowfat cookbook. Yes, those things on there are made out of potatoes and leek (I think). But they need to be fried in a frying-pan. I know they always tell you to use only one tablesppon full of oil, but trust me, it doesn't work. No, not even when you use a anti-stick pan (which I really hope you are using anyway, at least if you want to eat lowfat). So there goes the first recipe that cannot be cooked as low-fat as they say. There are others, too, but in general, it's a good cookbook with nice recipes. Even the ones that aren't really low-fat.
