I liked it. To those that say it didn't represent the era in which it was set accurately enough, Ok, I get that. But that's not THIS book. THis is a book about a plucky heroine finding herself. Its set to a backdrop of civil rights and unspeakable racism. Does it gloss over that? I don't think so.
