As a fellow penny pincher myself, I was intrigued by the description of this book. There were times while I was reading it that I definitely thought the supporting characters were a little "over the top" in their antics, an it was difficult for me to really get into the main theme behind the book. Overall a quick read, but difficult at times for me to relate to the main character.
